We’ve been visiting St. Andrew’s for years, and the food options, especially for dinner, have always been tricky. It’s always hard to find spots that aren’t overpriced and complete tourist traps. We stumbled upon William & Water during our summer 2024 trip to St. Andrew’s and were blown away by the food, service, and overall experience. Their menu is divided between veggie-forward and meat/seafood-forward small plates, with the latter being on the bigger side. Everything we tried was delicious, and the portions were bigger than we expected. The mussel escabeche was pure perfection, and the Khao Soi Dreams (with braised beef) was also a favorite. The service was impeccable — our server was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I wish I had gotten his name to add it to this review! I totally recommend reservations, which we were able to easily make online. They had bar seating and regular tables. We chose a table by the front entrance, and it was quite cozy. I'm really looking forward to dining here again during our next trip!

Delicious Oysters. The dishes are shareable. Atmosphere is relaxed with lots of light. The food is delicious and made from scratch. The beef melted in your mouth. The vegetarian dishes were excellent. The seafood was very fresh and delicious. Do not neglect dessert here! The cannoli and chocolate cake were a dream.

One of the best meals any of us has ever had. We chose the tomato salad and the mussels as an appetizer, and the garlic shrimp fried rice, the scallops, and the beef curry dishes for our mains. Everything was cooked, flavored and presented to absolute perfection. Small menu, perfectly executed by Chef William and his team. Service was impeccable, and drinks from the bar were also exceptionally made. Our 6YO gave it "20-hundred" on a scale of 1-10, and we couldn't agree more. Don't leave St. Andrews without a visit to William & Water! Notable: There's no kids' menu, so if you're bringing one they should be cool with eating grown-up foods at grown-up prices. We had no issue with this, but our kid is quite culinarily adventurous. It was his birthday, so we planned to splurge.

We were dining out across the Maritimes for 2 weeks this August and this was hands down the best meal we had! Friendly fast and helpful service, and all of our small plates were excellent. Good wine list too. The lobster toast was the best and put all lobster rolls to shame! Other good dishes included the roasted cauliflower and the scallops. And -yes- they need to turn down the fan on the wall air conditioner because if you’re seated in its path you’ll need to wear a jacket!

We came here for dinner on our bikes. Safe location to leave the bikes. The atmosphere, service and food were excellent! Cindy was our server and she was great at exposing the dishes. The food was so good! Loved the way they do the menu as shareable a appetizers. Highly recommend this place!

Had the pleasure of experiencing Chef Will's 7 course tasting menu for dinner and how good was that! I cannot possibly explain the intricacies that went into each dish but everything was wonderfully presented and tasted superb. Started with a duo of oysters of which the deep-fried one was my favourite, followed by Scallop Crudo with thinly sliced cucumber, carrot and radish. Third came pieces of juicy salmon on fresh homemade crostini followed by the best spice creamy butternut soup with corn tortilla chips, which the just the right amount of kick! Next came creamy tagliatelle with lobster (the chef did not skimp on the lobster), and then the juiciest tender beef tenderloin with smashed baby potatoes and roasted cauliflower. We were exploding by that time so dessert (which was the best chocolate dipped cannoli I've ever had) was boxed up for later. Loved the ambience of the venue, and our server Marcus was very pleasant, informative and attentive. The photos cannot do justice to how good everything was and we're already planning Round 2.

Delicious! We had the scallops, burrata, shrimp fried rice, and beef khao soi. Everything was super flavourful and the shrimp fried rice was properly spicy. Definitely recommend.

We had a great dinner at William & Water in St. Andrews, New Brunswick. The food was not only excellent but also interesting, with unique combinations of flavours that worked well together. Everything we tried felt carefully thought out and well-executed. Our friendly host, Ben, knew his menu and offered great suggestions. This place is worth visiting if you're in the area.
